The Auckland Feetbeat Walking Chal lenge kicks off on 1 March and runs throughout Walk Month March. It is all about teams competing against each other whilst virtually walking around New Zealand. You can compete against other workplaces\, or enter a number of teams from your workplace to create a bit of fun\, motivating competiti on. By walking at least 30 minutes a day you and your colleagues will be w alking yourselves to a tter\, healthier workplace.
